Who we are

This website belongs to Wishnest Interior, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Contact: wishnestinterior@gmail.com, +91 99192 80201.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, mobile number, the service you need, your locality, and any optional details you add (project type, approximate size, start time, message).

We also record how you reached the website — for example the search engine, advert or campaign link (UTM tags and the Google Ads click ID), the first page you visited and the page you sent the form from. This is stored in a first-party cookie on your device so the source stays attached to your enquiry: for the current visit only, or for up to 90 days if you accept cookies.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and understand which of our advertising works. We do not sell your details.

Where it goes

Form details are emailed to our business inbox and kept in a secured file on our web hosting. Calls and WhatsApp messages go directly to our business numbers.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are not set, and Google tags only send limited, cookieless signals.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are used and Google Ads to see which adverts lead to enquiries. We record calls, WhatsApp and email taps and form enquiries as events. We do not send your name, number or message to Google.

We also set wi_consent (remembers your choice, 180 days) and wi_attr (how you reached the website, described above). You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 12 months after you contact us, then delete them from our files and our business inbox. If you become a customer, we keep job and payment records for as long as we need them for our accounts and legal duties.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent by emailing wishnestinterior@gmail.com. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
